Instability to continue as another tropical wave approaches

Last Updated on October 17, 2017 by Admin

Instability associated with the passage of a tropical wave would continue to generate cloudy skies, occasional moderate to heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines this afternoon and into tonight.

Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides, near rivers and streams should continue to exercise caution.

Another tropical wave located east of the island chain is expected across the islands tomorrow. Seas would remain moderate to rough  with swells peaking up to 3 meters (10 feet)

A small craft warning is in effect for above normal seas swells.
